Because we offer logistics and transport services, not physical retail products, we do not accept returns for:
Pet or animal shipments once in transit
Completed delivery services
Warehousing or holding services already performed
International freight or customs-cleared shipments
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only under the following conditions:
Cancellation requested before dispatch or scheduling
Duplicate payment made in error
Failure to deliver due to verifiable company error
Service unavailable at the requested destination or location
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Client provided incorrect delivery or documentation
Live animals unfit to travel due to missing health records or vaccinations
Delays caused by weather, customs, or force majeure
Service completed as agreed (with valid proof of delivery)
Client fails to collect or receive the shipment within the agreed window
Booking canceled after dispatch or while in transit

For domestic shipments, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
For international shipments or pet transport, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur administrative or holding fees.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
